Mansour Al Ketbi

Chief Operating Officer

Mansour is the Chief Operating Officer at ADIC, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across corporate services, human capital, and digital & data transformation. In his role, he is spearheading ADIC’s organizational transformation - strengthening operations, accelerating digital initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation through the strategic integration of artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining ADIC, Mansour held senior positions at Mubadala, most recently serving as Deputy Chief Corporate and Human Capital Officer. In his capacity, he led major initiatives in digital technology, corporate services, and organizational excellence, while also overseeing programs under the  Mubadala Foundation, the company’s  CSR, & philanthropic arm.

Previously, as Mubadala’s Chief Information Officer, Mansour directed IT strategy, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology innovation. His leadership extends beyond Mubadala, having served on various government executive committees and in senior roles in the healthcare and energy sectors. Mansour currently serves on the Board of SolutionsPlus and has previously served on the boards of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Injazat, and Malaffi. 

He holds two master’s degrees - from the National Defense College of the UAE and the British University in Dubai - as well as a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston. He completed extensive Executive Education Programs at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston in Management & Leadership, Strategy and Innovation, Technology and Operation, and Digital Business under the AI Academy.
